Alright, everyone: we’re just about to hit the pavement for another Monday and another week. You might be looking for a little more oomph to get your week started.

While getting closer to the top of the Miles with Friends Leader Board in our month-only “100 Miles March” event should be a good kicker (it’s never too late to start!), here are 29 more ways to motivate yourself to get working on your workout this week.
